Reflections on Last Week:  21-Day Home Workout

My Experience:
Last week’s physical challenge was a game-changer. After just one week of home workouts, I can feel a noticeable difference. Even a 30-minute session does wonders for both body and mind. But more than physical strength, this challenge has been about discipline and commitment. Here's my routine if you’d like to join me:

Workout Schedule:


Days: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun = Physical Workout | Tue, Thu = Running

Physical Workout: 15 x Push-ups, 20 x Lunges (10KG), 50 x Sit-ups, 15 x Shoulder Press (10KG), 20 x Skull Crushers (10KG), 15 x Preacher Curls (10KG), 15 x Back Reverse Fly (4KG) - I repeat this circuit 3 times.
